1. El ServicioThe Service
Content In AI LLC (Wyoming, United States) presta servicios de configuración, implementación y gestión continua de agentes de negocios digitales basados en inteligencia artificial para WhatsApp Business ("tu agente"). El servicio incluye la configuración inicial del agente, entrenamiento con la información del cliente, conexión al número WhatsApp Business del cliente, ajustes semanales o mensuales según el paquete contratado, y soporte técnico continuo.
Content In AI LLC (Wyoming, United States) provides configuration, implementation and ongoing management services for AI-powered digital business agents on WhatsApp Business ("your agent"). The service includes initial agent setup, training with the client's information, connection to the client's WhatsApp Business number, weekly or monthly adjustments depending on the contracted plan, and ongoing technical support.
2. Pagos y FacturaciónPayments & Billing
El servicio se cobra en dos partes: (a) un pago único de setup al inicio, que cubre la configuración completa del agente e incluye los primeros 60 días de operación, y (b) una mensualidad fija a partir del día 61. Los precios se expresan en USD. El pago se realiza vía Stripe, PayPal o Wire Transfer internacional.
The service is billed in two parts: (a) a one-time setup payment at the start, which covers the complete agent configuration and includes the first month's fee, and (b) a fixed monthly fee starting from the second month. All prices are in USD. Invoices are issued in USD via Stripe, PayPal or Wire Transfer.
3. Política de CancelaciónCancellation Policy
No existe plazo mínimo de permanencia. El cliente puede cancelar con 5 días hábiles de aviso. La mensualidad en curso se cobra completa. El setup no es reembolsable una vez iniciada la configuración. Esta política aplica a partir del segundo mes de servicio.
There is no minimum commitment period. The client may cancel with 5 business days notice. The current month's fee is charged in full. The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration has begun. This policy applies from the second month of service.
4. Responsabilidades del ClienteClient Responsibilities
El cliente es responsable de: (a) mantener activa su cuenta de WhatsApp Business y la suscripción al API de Meta, (b) proveer información veraz y actualizada, (c) informar a sus usuarios que están interactuando con un agente de IA, (d) revisar periódicamente las conversaciones y alertarnos ante cualquier respuesta incorrecta.
The client is responsible for: (a) maintaining an active WhatsApp Business account and Meta API subscription, (b) providing accurate and up-to-date information, (c) informing their users that they are interacting with an AI agent, (d) periodically reviewing conversations and alerting us to any incorrect responses.
5. Limitación de ResponsabilidadLimitation of Liability
Content In AI LLC no garantiza resultados comerciales específicos. El servicio depende de factores externos como la disponibilidad de la plataforma WhatsApp/Meta. Ante interrupciones atribuibles a terceros, se realizará el mejor esfuerzo para restablecer el servicio sin cargo adicional.
Content In AI LLC does not guarantee specific commercial results. The service depends on external factors such as the availability of the WhatsApp/Meta platform. For interruptions attributable to third parties, best efforts will be made to restore the service at no additional charge.
